Order Processing:
All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 days of order placement on working days (Monday to Saturday). Please note that Sundays, public holidays, and bank holidays are excluded.

Tracking Information:
Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp on your registered contact details once the order is shipped.
