🔄 Return & Exchange Policy — Nimee Studio

We aim to ensure your experience with Nimee Studio is smooth and satisfying. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please verify all details before confirming your order.

📦 Returns & Exchanges (Wrong or Defective Product)

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

Conditions:

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory. It must clearly show the package in a 360° sealed and untampered condition.

  • Any edited, cut, or incomplete video claims will not be accepted.

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, with original tags and invoice included.

  • Items must be securely repacked to avoid further damage in transit.

  • Damaged items due to poor repackaging will not qualify for refund or replacement.

🔁 Exchange (Incorrect Size)

If you ordered the wrong size, we allow size exchanges subject to:

  • Reported within 2 days of delivery

  • A shipping fee of ₹150 borne by the customer

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved, are only issued in the form of store credit.

  • Refunds shall be processed within 2- 3 working days from the date your return is received to our warehouse. 

  • No monetary refund is issued.

🚫 Non-Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Minor variations in design or detailing

  • Small imperfections or irregularities

  • Color shade differences due to lighting or screen display

📦 Failed Deliveries or Non-Acceptance (Prepaid Orders)

If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer, or delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Invalid or unreachable contact number

A refund will be issued after deducting ₹200 as shipping charges.
